Remote Advising Options

If needed, students have the option to make remote advising appointments.  To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Create an appointment as you typically would by clicking on Make An Advising Appointment.

  2. In the Notes field, type “virtual appointment” or “phone appointment” along with your phone number.

  3. Instructions will be sent by the advisor prior to your appointment.

Currently scheduled meetings can be made virtual via an email to your advisor with at least 24 hours notice.

Advisors may also need to be remote in some instances, so be sure to review the location information carefully when you receive an appointment reminder and reach out in advance if you have questions.
